We are an adults only holiday park located approximately one hour from London and just forty minutes from Brighton. We are also situated within easy access to Gatwick Airport making Raylands ideal for owners with homes abroad. Unwind with a drink in our friendly licensed clubhouse and soak up the peaceful setting of our well maintained park. If you feel more adventurous why not explore one of the many local public footpaths or cycle along the highly regarded Downs Link bridleway. If you prefer to stay closer to home, we have a full size private tennis court and even a designated dog walking field! |

All mod cons!Your modern holiday home comes fully equipped with gas heating, a full size cooker & hob plus a gas boiler for instant hot water. All our units are connected to mains water and have normal flush toilets and showers. If you require extra heating, panel heaters can be added or you may wish to purchase a holiday home with full gas central heating, double glazing & extra insulation from our associate company Roundstone Caravans Ltd in Southwater. Also available at Raylands Country Park are a limited number of seasonal touring pitches. These include hard standing bases with mains electric and full use of our shower & toilet facilities. |

Some frequent questions we are asked…Can I use my holiday home whenever I like? We are a seasonal park open from 1st March to 31st October. You may use your caravan as much or as little between these dates. When we are not using the caravan, can we rent it out? Sorry no. To help protect the security of our guests, our rules do not allow sub-letting of private holiday homes. Can I bring my dog along? Yes, dogs are welcome, but must be kept under control and on a lead at all times whilst on the grounds. We do however have a huge designated dog field for them to run free whilst supervised! What facilities do you have on the park? There is a licensed clubhouse with large garden, pool tables and a tennis court too. We also have a purpose built launderette with dryer and ironing facilities. Can I have my mail sent to my caravan? Sorry no, you must have another address for mail. Do we have a choice of designs and layouts when we buy a holiday home? Yes, there is a large choice available by leading manufacturers from either ourselves or our associate company, Roundstone Caravans Ltd. |

How to find us…Take the Horsham exit from M23 (Junction 11) Follow signs to Horsham A264, then follow A24 (Horsham bypass) until signposted to Southwater. Go through village until Hen & Chicken public house on the left. Take the next turning on the left (Southwater Street) Follow road over dual carriageway and take the next right (Reeds Lane) Take the following left hand turn onto Jackrells Lane, (narrow) we are approximately a quarter of a mile on the right.
